A running Claude agent launched with inline permission settings is no longer mistaken for one that needs attention. This fixes a known issue from 0.6.6.
OpenRig reads a Claude agent's session from its process correctly when permission settings are passed inline, so a running agent isn't misread as needing attention. This fixes 0.6.6's known issue #921.
