Claude Code agents in your teams can read help for the commands that start and stop teams without a permission prompt, and allowed commands match however they're written. Starting or stopping a team still asks. Only one help command was checked live, and Codex team agents don't ask before these commands yet.
In Claude Code team agents, help on lifecycle commands, such as rig down --help and rig bundle install -h, runs without a prompt, and common spellings of allowed commands match too: quoted or absolute paths, env, command and exec, and a project's vitest and jest. Real lifecycle actions still ask. It works through a command hook in the agents' launch settings, and no settings file is written.
Checked in a live Claude session for only one selected lifecycle-help command; source and parser coverage is broader. Codex team agents don't yet ask before lifecycle commands such as `rig up` and `rig down`; Claude Code team agents do.
